ERP mang lại gì cho doanh nghiệp?

Nếu cứ hiểu đơn giản ERP là một hệ thống phần mềm, và nó cố gắng vận hành toàn bộ hoạt động từ việc tiếp xúc ban đầu của khách hàng cho đến thanh toán và công nợ của khách hàng - từ việc lên cấu hình sản phẩm cho đến việc cung cấp và thương mại hóa sản phẩm, từ việc tìm kiếm nhà cung cấp, các hợp đồng thương mại cho tới công nợ với nhà cung cấp,... như vậy ERP mang lại lợi tức gì cho doanh nghiệp.?

(1) Cộng tác, và định hướng công việc

Rất dễ thấy được điều này, mọi hoạt động của hầu hết các bộ phận trong doanh nghiệp đều được thực hiện trên phần mềm ERP này, nó trở thành một trục chính để quản lý và cung cấp thông tin cho các quản trị doanh nghiệp trong khi các nhân viên thì chỉ việc làm tốt công việc của mình

Ngày nay, với công nghệ Web, mà nền tảng là Internet phát triển, chi phí các đường truyền hạ thấp đã mang đến cho các nhà quản trị việc quản lý tập trung, và dễ dàng hơn trong việc xây dựng và phát triển hệ thống quản lý ở các thị trường, chi nhánh mới của doanh nghiệp - và điều này, dễ dàng bạn thấy rằng việc đem sản phẩm của doanh nghiệp tới các thị phần, khách hàng mới nhanh chóng hơn, thuận tiện hơn, cùng với các chi phí triển khai thấp hơn.

Cấu trúc nền tảng công nghệ QAD EE

QAD EE được phát triển trên nền tảng công nghệ 3 lớp rõ rệt, các bạn khi làm việc trên QAD xem qua bài viết để có thể dể dàng tiếp cận hơn cho công việc của mình.


Database

Khi làm việc trên EE version các bạn có thể dể dàng nhận thấy việc phân chia thành 2 mãng (chỉ về kỹ thuật còn nghiệp vụ là một thể thống nhất nhe). 2 hệ thống được tạo thành 2 Schema trên database.

  1. MFG/PRO (còn được biết đến là core sản xuất)
  2. Finance

Application server

Tầng này chịu trách nhiệm tất cả các hoạt động của hệ thống, nên khi bạn cần có những điều chỉnh với hệ thống thì bạn sẽ làm việc trên tầng này. Việc quản lý session của QAD do Tomcat Apache đảm nhận.

Client
Tầng này được xem là một Thin Client đưa về máy cá nhân để làm việc thôi, trên máy tính của các bạn sẽ được down về các service và các plug-in của hệ thống.
